Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in its original condition

  • Include original tags and packaging (where applicable)

  • Be free from damage caused by misuse, wear, or alteration

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Thrash Tantrick is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged during transit.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 4 business days of receiving and verifying the returned item.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the issue so we can investigate and assist you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned after the 5-day return period

  • Products showing signs of use, wear, washing, or alteration

  • Clearance or final sale items (if marked as such)
