As we offer free shipping on all products, customers are responsible for ensuring they select the correct size before completing their purchase.

Exchange Eligibility
Exchange requests must be made within 5 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for an exchange, the item must:

Exchange Shipping Costs
Because Thrash Tantrick already provides free shipping on all orders, customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with an exchange.
This includes:

The cost of shipping the item back to us

The cost of shipping the replacement item back to the customer
Exchange shipping fees must be paid before the replacement item is dispatched.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the issue.
If the error was on our side, we will review the case and provide an appropriate solution.
